# Curtain Wall Component Keel

Suitable for various finishes created using curtain walls.

Be sure to pay attention to the inside/outside faces when creating curtain wall finishes. Panels extend outward from the location line; keel distance is calculated from the location line.

In addition to regular spacing generation, a minimum spacing option has been added below.

Automatically adjusts to the base layer based on different spacing.

During operation, select the outer face of the corresponding curtain wall panel; the keel will be generated on the inner side.

# Gypsum Board Ceiling

alt text

The last parameter determines whether hanger rods are fixed length. If fixed, all rods are a specified length. If not fixed, rod lengths automatically adapt to the top structure, not exceeding 1500mm.

The keel combination type is displayed in the upper window, showing which keel combinations are used.

Main keel setback controls the edge setback for openings, especially for light cove structures.

# Mineral Fiber Board Ceiling

alt text

alt text

Mineral fiber board ceilings must be created using sloped glazing. When generating, you can determine the main keel direction by selecting grid lines; the selected grid line is perpendicular to the generated main keel.

# Hook-on Aluminum Panel

alt text

alt text

Aluminum panel creation also uses sloped glazing. After selecting the sloped glazing, the second selection determines the Z-keel direction.

# Square Aluminum Clip-in Panel

alt text

alt text

Aluminum clip-in panel creation also uses sloped glazing. After selecting the sloped glazing, the second selection determines the triangular keel direction.

# Custom Clip Keel

alt text

alt text

This node is primarily for custom aluminum components with dedicated clip keels. More will be added in the future.

The ceiling components themselves need to be created using sloped glazing logic.

alt text

When creating sloped glazing, be sure to cancel the slope definition for flat surfaces — a 0-degree slope will affect keel generation.
